This is the 2nd time I’ve been over to S&H, and both times Ed was very friendly, honest, and fair in his pricing. I had a general air bag diagnostic light and message pop up on my car, and Ed was able to figure out the issue for me using an advanced diagnostic tool. Thanks for your help again Ed. I came here in an emergency after my brakes locked up and my car made a nonstop beeping noise. Ed was absolutely wonderful to talk to and helped me diagnose the issue. He is so knowledgeable and such a fun person to be around.

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint! From intake to service, everything was quick and efficient — truly a same-day, “Amazon Prime” type of experience with reliable results. I had a hole in my muffler and they created a reasonable, stable solution that was actually better than the stock system. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They fixed only what needed to be and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts or services. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain how everything worked, which I really appreciated. Compared to the rushed or dismissive attitude I’ve experienced at dealerships. The overall atmosphere of the shop is very down-to-earth & it honestly made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone in need of quality, trustworthy auto service.

I went to Ed a few months back for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Him & his team were extremely helpful . They advised me against purchasing a pretty lemon id found & gave me tips on picking a better quality, more reliable used vehicle. Weeks after my first visit, I came back to Ed & w/ a different vehicle & he gave me his version of a thumbs-up on it. I’m pleased with my car & I’m super thankful for Ed’s help. Also note: his rates were very reasonable. He genuinely seemed more interested in helping me make a good decision than simply making a buck. Highly recommend.

I came into the shop crying and left happy as ever. Ed is absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and keeps you updated throughout. I never thought my car would run this smooth again, and at an affordable price you can’t beat. I explained to Ed that I’m a young college student, so my budget was very fixed and he kept me on the low end of that budget despite some unexpected repairs arising. Overall, amazing experience and I will only take my car here moving forward!
